  ORANGES WITH CINNAMON, CAYENNE AND CHOCOLATE

Ingredients

4 medium navel oranges

1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

Pinch of cayenne pepper

1/2 ounce Mexican chocolate or dark chocolate, finely shaved

DIRECTIONS:

Peel the oranges removing the bitter white pitch. Working over a bowl, cut in between the membranes to release the orange sections. Squeeze the juice from the membranes into the bowl. Stir in the cinnamon and cayenne. Cover and refrigerate until chilled, for up to 2 hours.

Spoon the oranges and juice into individual bowls, sprinkle the shaved chocolate on top and serve
